REFUND POLICY
We stand behind every target we build. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order — due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final
No Returns on Steel Targets
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our AR500 steel shooting targets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to: buyer's remorse, incorrect caliber selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Why We Can't Accept Returns
Steel shooting targets are heavy, custom-cut products that are expensive to ship and cannot be resold once they have left our facility. Each target is cut, welded, and finished to order. This policy allows us to keep our prices competitive and our quality consistent for every customer.
Cancellations
Order cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at our contact page. Once cutting or welding has started, we cannot cancel your order. Custom and bulk orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.
When We Will Make It Right
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to file a carrier claim and, depending on the situation, issue a replacement or refund. Do not discard damaged packaging — it is required for carrier claims.
Manufacturing Defects
If a product has a genuine manufacturing defect — such as a weld failure, improper cut, or material defect — contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We stand behind our work and will replace or refund defective items at our discretion. See our Warranty page for full details.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost and arrange return shipping for the incorrect product. This is our mistake and we'll fix it — fast.
What Is NOT Covered
The following are not eligible for refund or replacement under any circumstances:
- Damage from incorrect calibers or ammunition not rated for the target
- Damage from shooting at closer than the minimum safe engagement distance
- Normal wear and tear from regular shooting use (pitting, paint wear, edge chipping)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper mounting/hanging
- Cosmetic surface rust from outdoor exposure or lack of maintenance
- Customer error — wrong size, wrong caliber rating, or wrong product ordered
How Refunds Are Processed
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
