1. Information We Collect
Order & Account Information
When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payment card details are processed securely through Shopify Payments and are never stored on our servers.
Browsing & Device Information
We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time spent on the site. This data is used to improve your experience and diagnose technical issues.
Email Sign-Up
If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name. Subscription to our email list is entirely voluntary and separate from placing an order.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your orders, including sending order confirmations and shipping notifications
- Communicate with you about your order, questions, or support requests
- Send marketing emails if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time
- Improve our website, product offerings, and customer experience
- Prevent fraud and maintain the security of our store
- Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations
3. Email Marketing
Opt-In Only
We only send marketing emails to customers and subscribers who have explicitly opted in. If you place an order, you may receive transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates) regardless of marketing preferences — these are necessary to fulfill your order.
Unsubscribe Anytime
Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly at any time to be removed from our mailing list. We honor all unsubscribe requests promptly.
4. Cookies & Tracking
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you visit a website. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart active between sessions, remember your preferences, analyze site traffic, and improve your shopping experience.
Types of Cookies We Use
Essential cookies — required for the store to function (cart, checkout, session). Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site (e.g., Google Analytics). Marketing cookies — used to show relevant ads if you've opted into remarketing. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
5. Third-Party Services
Shopify
Our store is built on Shopify, which powers our storefront, checkout, and customer data infrastructure. Shopify may collect and process your data as part of providing these services. You can review Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Shopify Payments
Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe. When you enter your card details at checkout, that information is transmitted directly to Shopify Payments using industry-standard SSL encryption. Topshot Targets never sees or stores your full payment card details.
Other Services
We may use additional third-party tools for analytics, email marketing, and customer support. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and we only share the minimum data necessary for them to perform their functions. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
6. Your Rights & Data Control
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
